Reliance Jio - Manager - Human Resource (6-7 yrs)
1. Accountable for recruitment at the Area through effective source mix, defined TAT and quality parameters.
2. Build talent pool for all the critical roles by market mapping and internal talent identification process.
3. Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees and ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and HR initiative.
4. Drive Performance Management & Rewards for the employees.
5. Effectively execute and monitor Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.
6. Responsible to drive retention plan in the defined geography.
7. Identify high performing employees and provide them with both horizontal and vertical career opportunities.
8. Drive HR Operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
9. Visit JCs &JPs to understand operations related challenges and assist them with resolution.
10. Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues .
