1. Ensure manpower availability in the Jio Centres (JCs) of the respective Areas in each of the identified roles 2. Ensure all the employees across the JC are aware of evaluation criteria, complete the G &amp; O and PMS process within the timeline laid by Corporate 3. Execute and monitor the Employee Engagement initiatives, High Impact Touch Points initiatives at the JCs / Jio Points effectively within the budget 4. Identify the cause of attrition at the JC and work towards the retention plan to keep the attrition within the limits 5. Communicate with employees to get feedback on the HR policies and process and share with the State HR head for continuous improvement 6. Identify high performing employees for cross-functional/within function job rotation &amp; horizontal learning opportunities Visit JCs and DSS outlets to understand operations related challenges and help them resolve the same. All the critical challenges are highlighted to the State HR 7. Ensure smooth functioning of the HR operations across all JCs and provide support to the team, as and when required. 8. Ensure basic HR Hygiene at the JCs and DSS outlets and support IR team on compliance issues
