Reliance Industries - Manager - Learning & Development (2-5 yrs)
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing the Upskilling / Reskilling and Cross Skilling agenda for the organization. This would involve running the central Reskilling / Cross Skilling curriculum, while working closely with academies and CoE team for the Upskilling agenda.
Job Accountabilities
- Support in framing the Skilling policy and process for the organization
- Collaborate with the Careers and Competencies team for latest skills repository for various functions
- Support in cascading the Upskilling AOP and ensure periodical reviews
- Estimate the reskilling and cross skilling demand across the organization
- Ensure timely availability of required curriculum and its effective utilization
- Execute learning paths, including live sessions, as per plan
- Create and circulate periodical reports with focus on skill demographics
- Access and circulate best practices and industry reports on skilling
Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) Required :
- Understanding of learning theories with focus on new age skilling practices
- Competency mapping and assessment
- Digital learning tools and their application
- Learning design skills
- Networking and influencing skills
- Project Management
- Analytics and data presentation
Qualifications :
- MBA/MA/PGDM FULL- TIME (Human Resource Management)
- Certification in competency management / digital learning tools
Experience :
- 2 - 6 years of experience (with at least 5+ years of experience in leading small to medium size learning function)
