Job Specification Form  Unique Job Role(UJR): Lead- Planning & Optimization Reporting to (Position): Head-Warehousing  Business Unit: Warehouse & Distribution Function: Operations  Job Mandate  Overall Process champion for WH operation end to end with flavor of analytical skills. Develop and align business metrics to warehouse processes & systems. Monitor Daily/Weekly/Monthly dashboard. Assist Warehouse team with process gaps and data insights which helps in key decision making for continuous improvement. Abreast with new technological advancement and work towards identifying/minimizing errors in operations with improved productivity and efficiency. Drive new strategic initiatives for continuous improvement in operation.   Key Responsibilities  - WH operation planning, monitoring & optimization.  - Process quality assurance with regular audits of key processes. Provide regular feedback for improvement.  - Lead Analytical & Operational excellence aspects of entire warehouse operations.   - Manage various Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to Business & Warehouse teams.  - Constantly work with ICQA team in analysing inventory and continuously improving bin accuracy. Maximise inventory available for sale on continuous basis.  - Constantly work towards analysing and improving fill rate, productivity and accuracy at FC.  - Constantly work towards improving the consumer experience from returns receiving to putaway.   - Coordinate with Product/Tech/Retail analytics team to drive analytical & reporting projects. Involve in UAT & piloting before final implementation.  - Coordinate with cross functional teams like Last mile, Customer care, Studio, Buying & Finance for new processes and/or improvement in existing ones.  - Single point of contact for Packaging program at FC end. Involve in design, procurement, vendor management and implementation.  - Work towards continuous improvement for efficiency, productivity & accuracy  - 3PL vendor management-Design, develop, revisit current 3PL contracts and amend to suit the business requirement  - 3PL KPI measurement & evaluation  - Review bad slocs-2994, 2996, 2887, 2998, 6000, 6001,6002,6003 & 6004 and formulate guidelines & monitoring mechanism for timely clearance  - Key matrices-Fill rate-99.5%+, Bin accuracy-98%+, Return putaway SLA-24hrs, Vendor inward putaway-24 hrs  Functional Competencies Exposure to WH operation (SAP WMS exposure) with good Analytical & Quantitative skills in terms of both Business & Operational aspects.   Expertise in Reporting tools like Excel, PowerPoint and fair knowledge on Database.  Educational Qualifications Preferably BE/B. Tech/ MBA   Years of Experience 8-15 years of WH/Supply Chain operation experience. Preferably to have 2-3 years of Ecommerce experience.
