Reliance eCommerce is looking for an enthusiastic and high-potential HR Business Partner for the Technology vertical in the fashion & lifestyle business which is growing fast.

Are you interested in consulting senior leaders while supporting and inspiring their talent?

You will help develop HR strategies that accelerate capability in the new fashion & lifestyle business and our employees by transforming our talent, leadership, culture, and organization. Do you have expertise in these areas?

Support business on all People matters ranging from Employee engagement, Succession Planning, Grievance redressal, Performance Management, and Building capability within the organization.

- Partnering with senior management to develop and translate business strategy to talent management strategy and program manage implementation

- Organizational Design and Organizational Effectiveness

- Building and lead large scale and structural change management efforts

- Driving change management initiatives with a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements, and systems and processes

- Engaging in strategic workforce planning

- Leading senior talent and performance management efforts

- Leveraging and integrating Annual Cycle Programs to reinforce company-wide HR strategy Workforce planning, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review, Employee Listening Surveys etc.

- Maintain the org structure, updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

- Improve employee engagement through HR connect sessions and actionising on feedback.

- Conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Work with the L&D team in assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation initiatives

- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures

- Maintains employee benefits programs; recommending benefit programs to management if a gap with market is sensed from employee feedback;

- Facilitating Critical Talent Identification for the Business ( for Mid-Level & Leadership roles)

- Support in execution of planning Career nominations and succession planning for critical roles

- Support in execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Our Minimum Requirements for this Role

- Bachelor's Degree - MBA or Master's Degree preferred

- 5+ years of HR experience in a technology-based company

- Extensive experience identifying and driving people solutions which align to business strategy

- Extensive experience partnering collaboratively across the HR and other organizational functions

- Extensive experience influencing executives and other business leaders individually and collectively

- Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address and act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business

Other Desired Skills

- Strong Business Acumen

- Expertise in identifying and driving HR solutions which align to business strategy

- Intuitive, conceptual, systems focused thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work

- Strong sense of organizational navigation and political savvy.
