Key Account Manager
Role Definition : Manage assigned business targets with respective business account/ business vertical
Role Summary : End to end servicing of Customer's business needs/ response/ Client servicing. Establish strong business relationship with all clients
Key Activities :
- Meeting with Clients Current, prospective and futuristic
- Map customer profile and map business prospect as a sales funnel daily
- Order/sales planning/booking, Inventory planning to meet customer need/ sales plan
- Oversee accounts receivables, money collection
- Manage commitment to clients on all deliverables
- Maintain key MIS reports
- Understand competition and customers and Market intelligence
KPIs :
- Sales Plan vs Achievement
- Quality of business - accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Relationship management skills teamwork, number of billing points and repeat orders from clients
