Reliance Retail Consumer Brands (RRCB) is focused on solving real India's problems and enriching lives via indigenous products that are accessible & affordable. We aim to do so by building the fastest growing diversified FMCG business system of 50,000 crores size in 5 years and rank amongst the top 3 in segments of operation. This new business will be built by offering a unique product portfolio, creating partnerships and joint ventures, building consumer rituals for our products, creating a world class manufacturing eco system and building ownership of the fragmented trade. We will achieve this by focusing on categories that have been shortlisted based on the size of the FMCG pie - Staples, Biscuits, Beverages, Confectionaries, Chocolates and Snacks followed by top categories in Home and Personal Care. The launches in each category have been phased across 3 periods starting Jan'22. This will allow us to build depth in the segments of the categories we have launched, develop our capabilities, and carry forward our market learnings into the next phase. Expand distribution by reaching Kirana by activating all Channel Expansion Means. Build a multi-category distribution. Key Accountabilities: 1. Formulate business plans for state/assigned area for managing top line growth 2. Create processes that support business partners in realizing their interests (ROI/Claim Settlement) 3. Manage & Guide the team to deliver desired results 4. Sales Planning : Work closely with Regional Manager and NHQ to create category and geography level plans and review against them 5. Financial Planning : Ensure that all discount and local level marketing expenses are as per plan 6. Set up effective review systems for ASM's & TSI's 7. Market Execution: Create Targets & benchmarks for various activities and review against them 8. Manage Urban, Semi-Urban & Rural Markets 9. Key Stakeholder Management- Work with cross functional teams and NHQ to achieve desired results 10. Keep Senior Management apprised of Competition activity and geography performance Personal Profile: Personal qualities and Skills required: 1. Thorough understanding of business 2. Top B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 7+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry 2. Medium Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry 3. Lower Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 12-15 Years of Experience in FMCG industry 4. Multi Organization Experience: Minimum of two, three preferred FMCG organizations with multi product portfolio
