Position title : Manager- Product-AIF

Locations : Mumbai - Corporate Office

Department : PMS

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for Real Estate Product

Key responsibilities :

- Preparation of investor / distributor communication for all Real Estate Products ( LLP, PMS & AIF).

- Resolve all distributor / client queries relating to the Real Estate Product within a predefined TAT.

- Benchmark/ competition study for incubating new products & providing sales team with tools to differentiate our products.

Behavioral Competencies :

- Strong analytical skills & excel computing.

- Good writing skills.

- Understanding of debt market & instruments

- Exposure in Real estate field

Role Specific Competencies :

- Thorough Market Knowledge.

Formal Qualifications/Prior Work Experience : Post Grad / MBA with 6 - 8 years of work experience.

- Background in Financial services essential.
