JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position title :

Deputy Manager/Manager - Lead Management - Digital Sales

Locations: Belapur

Department: Digital Business

Organizational relationships :

Reports to: AVP - Digital Business

Purpose of the Job :

To oversee, manage and optimise conversions coming through leads generated online

Key responsibilities :

Lead Management and Conversions

1. Responsible for driving digital sales targets through the outbound digital sales team

2. Analyzing performance of leads coming through various media sources

3. Closely work with the digital media team to optimize campaigns basis lead dispositions and quality

4. Reporting day to day performance, analyzing gaps and taking corrective measures to drive business

Call Centre Management :

1. Manage the day to day activities of the outbound digital sales team

2. Manpower planning and management

Training :

1. Responsible for planning and executing training of outbound digital sales team on products, competition, quality parameters and Regulatory parameters

Behavioral Competencies :

1. Excellent communication and influencing skills

3. Persuasiveness in driving day to day business

1. Relevant experience in outbound sales

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp :
