Reliance Broadcast - Station Head cum Area Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead assigned responsibilities & key deliverables and manage P&L for Stations .

- To drive profitability in collaboration with all functions .

- Do a regular need gap analysis & ensure planning and execution for smooth functioning .

- Ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L & margin targets aligned with business goals.

- Lead and execute the brand strategy in adherence with the brand identity and accordingly plan and execute the station's communication campaign.

- Prepare an execution plan in conjunction with Regional Marketing and activation resources for brand imaging and enhancement for Station.

- Deep understanding of the clients business and knowledge of the Product for On Spot Branding.

- Develop new Strategies and plans for future growth & ensure strategic direction in on-target.

- Drive Station alliances and partnerships in accordance with the alliance strategy i.e. tie-ups.

- Good people manager, self navigator and ability to work under matrix organization.

- Inspire, coach and mentor team members & build positive, collaborative working environment.

Job specifications :

8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, Full time Post Graduate Degree

- A MBA with at least 8 years of experience as a business head.

- Age around 30 years with not less than five years of experience.

- Fluency in local language (preferred), tech savvy.

- Good people manager, self navigator and ability to work under matrix organization..

- Smart and presentable.
