Reliance Brands - Senior HR Business Partner (10-20 yrs)
Job Purpose :
The Business HR will be responsible for 60% into Talent acquisition, Onboarding, Employee relations, Talent retention and Engagement, etc
I spend :
- 50% Talent Acquisition
- 30% Employee Life cycle Management
- 20% Talent Management & Retention

- I have met or exceeded all my KPIs by fulfilling every administrative requisition at corporate office.
- I am able to set & maintain safety, security and hygiene standards in office.
