Reliance Brands - Manager - HR Operations (8-12 yrs)

Role: The HR Operations Manager will spearhead the HR ops function that comprises of Employee lifecycle management, Compensation & Benefits administration, HR Commercials, HR Analytics & MIS and HR Technology.

Team Size : 4

Key Responsibilities:

1) Accountability/Ownership for Employee lifecycle Processes & SLAs & People policies 

a. Document, Implement and Track the key ELCM processes (ADLI approach) 

b. Regularly revisit and re-engineer the Processes to bring in scale and efficiency 

c. New policy drafting, communication and implementation 

2) Service Delivery through Own team and Shared Services Functions/COEs (Payroll, Benefits Administration, Reimbursements, Taxation, SAP HRIS, ESS portal and so on...) 

3) Query management - Tracking, Resolve, Analyse & Action 

4) HR Commercials & HR Analytics - 

 a. Annual Planning for People cost and monthly Tracking 

b. Ownership for people cost, cost centres. 

c. People cost controls through SAP HR 

d. HR Analytics & MIS 

5) SAP HRIS, HR technology, HR Automation 

a. Run HR operations, paper free 

b. Bring in/Manage HR tech tools to improve HR ops service delivery efficiency 

c. Focus on automation of routine and bring in the scale

Desired Functional Skills 

 - Process Orientation / SoP compliance 

- Ability to synthesise/analyse data 

- Numerical Orientation 

- Super user level SAP HR & MS office knowledge 

- HR Tech orientation and understanding 

- Working knowledge of Payroll and Taxation 

- Good Written & Oral communication 

- Focus on Accurate and Quality

Education & Experience Required: 

- Bachelors in commerce or equivalent. prefer a full time MBA in HR 

- About 12 years of experience managing end to end HR Operations including C&B
