Role: The HR Operations Manager will spearhead the HR ops function that comprises of Employee lifecycle management, Compensation &amp; Benefits administration, HR Commercials, HR Analytics &amp; MIS and HR Technology. Team Size : 4 Key Responsibilities: 1) Accountability/Ownership for Employee lifecycle Processes &amp; SLAs &amp; People policies&nbsp; a. Document, Implement and Track the key ELCM processes (ADLI approach)&nbsp; b. Regularly revisit and re-engineer the Processes to bring in scale and efficiency&nbsp; c. New policy drafting, communication and implementation&nbsp; 2) Service Delivery through Own team and Shared Services Functions/COEs (Payroll, Benefits Administration, Reimbursements, Taxation, SAP HRIS, ESS portal and so on...)&nbsp; 3) Query management - Tracking, Resolve, Analyse &amp; Action&nbsp; 4) HR Commercials &amp; HR Analytics -&nbsp; &nbsp;a. Annual Planning for People cost and monthly Tracking&nbsp; b. Ownership for people cost, cost centres.&nbsp; c. People cost controls through SAP HR&nbsp; d. HR Analytics &amp; MIS&nbsp; 5) SAP HRIS, HR technology, HR Automation&nbsp; a. Run HR operations, paper free&nbsp; b. Bring in/Manage HR tech tools to improve HR ops service delivery efficiency&nbsp; c. Focus on automation of routine and bring in the scale Desired Functional Skills&nbsp; &nbsp;- Process Orientation / SoP compliance&nbsp; - Ability to synthesise/analyse data&nbsp; - Numerical Orientation&nbsp; - Super user level SAP HR &amp; MS office knowledge&nbsp; - HR Tech orientation and understanding&nbsp; - Working knowledge of Payroll and Taxation&nbsp; - Good Written &amp; Oral communication&nbsp; - Focus on Accurate and Quality Desired Behavioural Skills : - Good Interpersonal Skills &amp; Good listening skills&nbsp; - Patient/Resilient &amp; Go-Getter/Self starter&nbsp; - Strong Stakeholder management skills&nbsp; - Service orientation Education &amp; Experience Required:&nbsp; - Bachelors in commerce or equivalent. prefer a full time MBA in HR&nbsp; - About 12 years of experience managing end to end HR Operations including C&amp;B&nbsp; Preferred Industries : - Any fast-paced organization where the scale of operations is high
