Reliance Accelerated Leadership Program (RALP) is Reliance’s exclusive flagship two-year, leadership development program. RALP is a uniquely designed program, aimed at developing a very select group of high-performing professionals who over time will assume and grow into strategic leadership roles across the organization.

Given the criticality and significance of the program, we will follow a strict eligibility criteria including:

Age:

- Ideally between 27 to 35 years of age

Work Experience:

- At least 3-4 years of functional experience in IT

Education Background:

- Post-graduate degree in Business Management or an equivalent advanced degree from a reputable institution

- Top notch academic performance
