Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to organize and oversee the daily operations of Relevel - Courses.

- Strategy; SLA, NPS, and Course Completion rates are the metrics that are golden for us and you will be the owner to strategize & keep improving on the same.

- Analytics; Numbers & data-driven approach right from the get-go.

- You will be the one looking at the productivity of the business and ensuring the best learner experience in the industry. You will work closely with all leaders at Relevel and report directly to the CEO.

- The goal is to safeguard the company's operations, drive user experience and own the outcomes for each of our users ensuring their success.

- Drive initiatives that positively impact learner NPS

- Own cohort communications to ensure high learner engagement

- Set students up for success by designing systems around economically effective doubt resolution and learner support

- Drive learner engagement and ownership to ensure they are constantly developing the required skill

- Coordinate with the academics and educator teams to complete feedback loops from learners to internal teams

- Manage cohort schedules and the delivery experience while trying to constantly optimize costs
