Relevel - Associate Director - Social Media Marketing (7-10 yrs)

Job Description

- This role will be a part of the Growth team, handling responsibilities like overseeing the social presence of Relevel across channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other upcoming social media platforms

- Develop content marketing properties and engaging content for all owned channels, including content curation of relevant articles, images, videos and infographics

- Work together with teams to guide the growth of Relevel in the online space

- Work with agencies to create social media strategies, design campaigns & content for the brand across all channels

- Look at employer branding initiatives, working closely with HR and senior management

- Translate marketing objectives into inspiring briefs for social media agencies

- Manage the end-to-end planning of social media campaigns, from briefs to final campaign assets creation

- Manage budgets for effective spends

- Manage key growth metrics like new user acquisition, and engagement through all owned channels

Desired Skills :

- 7+ years of overall experience; 3+ years of leading social media vertical in a well known internet / B2C brand is compulsory

- Has managed a team of social media specialists overseeing multiple platforms

- A deep understanding of social media channels - budgets, campaigns, performance and metrics

- An exciting portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and execute disruptive campaigns which increases brand love

- The willingness to collaborate with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally, to create an ideas-first culture

- The ability to think of innovative ideas while keeping with the deadlines

- Exploring and identifying the right talent and partners to work with to clutter-breaking communication
