Skill Set requirement:

- Previous experience in SEO for USA demographic is a must!

- Working knowledge of software/games product development process.

- Technical competence and knowledge of back end support related to SEO.

- Thorough understanding of SEO industry standards and best practices.

- Solid foundation of understanding UI design and its impact on the user experience and SEO.

- A natural interest in staying up to date on emerging technology and trends.

- Well versed in website analytics and associated tools.

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

Lead SEO efforts including execution of day to day best practices, audits and growth strategy

- Oversea current SEO environment and create SEO strategy for long term goals and short term wins leveraging.

- Responsible for driving growth objectives for multiple products.

- Consult with the Creative, development team on best practices to guide product plans including Site design and features.

- Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented into the development process.

- Create requirements and documentation that states the core functionality and goal of each different site/page as needed.

- Stay current on SEO news, trends, practices and new technologies.

- Ongoing keyword research, analysis, recommendations and execution.

- Assess the competition for SEO tactics, identify where JumpStart can improve and develop appropriate strategies to execute.

- Work with and guide SEO team in India through assigning tasks and ensuring execution of SEO goals.
