Our Marketing Head will play an active role in the continued development of our online platform. 1. Manage and execute digital campaign lifecycle from brainstorm and proposal development, through execution, delivery and post-campaign recap. 2. Develop concepts for social campaigns, research stories, and write content of interest to an audience interested. 3. Create and execute strategies for building and engaging a core audience via major social media networks (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc). 4. Perform research to find articles, stories, resources, or other content that is relevant to our target audience and posts it to our social networks in a manner that invites conversation and interaction. 5. Research on our target audience - where they came from, and how to attract more users likely to do what you want them to do. 6. Serve as a strategic lead on marketing programs across digital, email, social platforms. 7. Analyze and report on key metrics to understand current campaign performance and trends and make recommendations for future improvement. Salary Offered : 6-8 LPA
