Responsibilities : - Help spread awareness about releaseMyAd's vision of helping potential advertisers get the right media plan with lowest prices on ad spaces across multiple channels. - Increase customer satisfaction and increase in retention - Proficient in account planning and territory management - Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relations - Negotiate contracts and close agreements with advertisers - Forecast and track key account metrics e.g., quarterly sales and annual forecasts - Become a knowledge broker for advertisers (i.e., they should seek you out for advice and answers to queries) - Strive towards meeting sales quotas and make improvements to sales processes wherever necessary - Communicate the monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Requirements : - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs - Has prior experience in a customer-facing role - Demonstrate the ability to communicate persuasively to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to juggle multiple account management policies at the same time - Comfortable with CRM software (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) and MS office - Are a strong team player and fosters collaboration and the development of positive outcomes - Displays a disciplined but flexible approach to problem-solving About us : releaseMyAd started in 2009 and has been on an epic ride ever since.
