Relaxo Footwear - Manager/Senior Manager - eCommerce (10-11 yrs)
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :
7-10 years of Experience in Sales with exposure to Institutional(Modern Trade/ Ecommerce/CPC & CSD) Sales in Footwear, FMCG, Apparel, Luggage or FMCD industry.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall P & L
- Strategic business planning, business development, branding, business analysis, Online Promotions & Business development
- Responsible for implementation of strategic business plans & policies,ensuring organizational growth.
- Revenue generation and increase the profit share by segments
- Based on market dynamics, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
- Partner with external business to identify new opportunity
- Portal Positioning
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on finding.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
- Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for key accounts and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners.
Desired Profile :
- Experience in leading and motivating a team and driving results
- Knowledge of Online Sales / E Com
- Ability to integrate Supply Chain Management, Online Promotions (Internet Marketing)
- Knowledge on FB Marketing, M Commerce
- Knowledge of Payment Gateways and Customer Service
- Identification and implementation of new growth initiatives
- Must have Managed E Com Sales for a leading Retail Chain / Consumer Durable
- Must have managed E sales targets of XX crore.
Experience :
- More than 10 years with at least 5 years in leadership position and Min of 2 Years in E Com Sales
