Relaxo Footwear - Assistant Manager - DTC Marketing - Website & Content (5-10 yrs)
Role : Asst. Manager DTC marketing (Website + Content)
Reports to : AGM Digital Marketing
Location Relaxo head office (Rohini, Delhi)
- Atleast 5 to 10 years of experience in DTC performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and optimize marketing efforts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Well versed with Digital marketing tools.
- Develop full funnel marketing strategy for DTC to achieve the desired KPIs.
- Create annual digital calendar for online activation.
- Plan branding and performance driven campaign across Google, meta and other digital touchpoints.
- Manage SEM, PLAs, displays, SMO, SMM, SEO, OTT, You tube, Whatsapp marketing, contextual ads, programmatic, affiliates, etc campaigns to drive high ROAS and achieve business target.
- Experience in handling tools like Google analytics 4, Google data studio, Google adwords, Google Keyword planner, Keyword.io, Facebook ad manager, Semrush, similar web, meltwater, etc for better campaign optimization.
- Understands complete customer cohorts and improve users journey and reduce drop off in the DTC website.
- DTC Website creation and management with technical recommendation (UI/UX, tech
- Updated with all competition activities to identify improvements and implementing the best practices
- Managed website content and other digital assets.
- Creating monthly reports with highlights, lowlights and plan of action.
- Agency management : Work and be SPOC to build and execute monthly marketing calendars, oversee media plans, billing and invoices
