Relationship Manager (Working Capital SME Knowledge banking group)

Job Role-

- Identify and prospect new clients by performing market segmentation and research analysis on industries/clients/markets.

- Responsible for origination, structuring and implementation of financial solutions for clients as per Mid Markets definition.

- Evaluating credit profiles of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including structured finance, project finance, off-balance sheet finance, etc.

- Explore opportunities for cross selling of products and services based on thorough understanding of banking products and service and client analysis. Actively and consistently seek an opportunity to expand the share of wallet of the customer base

- Achieve Banks objective in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed budgets / targets from client relationship across all product groups.

- Monitoring the performance of the account clients on a regular basis and define De-risk strategy proactively

- Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation with clients so as to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings.

- To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management groups.
