Relationship Manager - Working Capital - Mid Corporate

Key Responsibility Areas -

- Promoting and monitoring Mid Corporate Customer Relationship with Bank with focus on growth of Portfolio

- Acquisition of New Mid Coporate clients

- Assisting the clients in modeling of appropriate Loan structure, viz- Modification, Enhancement and appropriate Working capital limit

- Carrying initial due diligence of New Clients/acquisition related to financial covenants, eligibility criteria and detailed analysis of Collateral and Facilitating the preparation of working capital proposals (Preparation of Credit, Memorandum and Analysis of loans, i.e. Cash credit, Overdraft, L.C and B.G. etc.)

- Periodic review and renewal of Working Capital limits of existing clients

- Managing the execution of documentation required for Disbursal, Renewal, Enhancement or any sort of modification w.r.t the Working Capital limits sanctioned to clients
