Relationship Manager - Working Capital (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- New client acquisition for working capital
- Understand client's business & provide appropriate working capital solutions across Fund/ non-Fund based products like Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers credit, LC, BG etc.
- Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
- Penetrate client's business with various products like Current Account/ Term Deposits/Transaction Banking/ Trade Finance for the primary Relationship & Group companies.
- Focus to continually increase the Book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
- Understand client business models, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
- Maintain high caliber client service.
- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.
- To support/implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels .
- Act as single point for customer query resolution.
