- My firm, VNR Advisory, is a specialized retained search firm working exclusively with promoters to help them hire specialized professionals for their companies. We are industry agnostic and work across India, Middle East, West Africa, UK and USA
- We have been retained by a leading independent wealth advisory firm to help find suitable Executives / Senior executives to build & manage relationships with UHNIs in their respective geographies, managing a book size between INR 250cr till INR 700cr. We are looking at multiple roles across years of experience.
KRAs:
- To build inroads into HNIs in the city
- Ensure high quality touch points
- Effectively leverage relationship to sell wealth management products
- Maintain and increase book size
Candidate skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytic thought process should have good numeric efficiency
- Looking for suitable candidates for multiple roles across years of experience (ranging from 6 to 15 years)
- Should have handled book size of 250Cr and above
- Masters from Tier1 Institutions would be highly preferred
