Job Description:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Attending to investors/clients (individuals/corporate clients) concerns & complaints and undertaking steps for resolving them effectively.
- Build customer loyalty on products & product image by rendering prompt & efficient service
- Responsible for overall P&L for Wealth Business by driving strategic direction and growth, profitability and performance.
- To ensure that business objectives are met and that a clear strategy is developed and communicated.
- Designing and implementing the activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction
- Maintaining healthy relationship with AMC's offering Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Gold, GI, LI Products.
- Designing and driving portfolio mix by offering varied products and customized Portfolio Management Services.
- Execute sales strategy to increase brand presence & direct reach to customers through various initiatives.
- To track the portfolios regularly and give feedback and appraise regional team on the market developments.
- Designing client base through a proactive referral system from within the branches and also look at expanding the base.
- Serve as a dedicated single point of contact UHNWI clients and to upscale their assets under management.
- To meet the revenue targets for self & assigned team
- To continuously track market trends and customer requirements and give feedback to product team to design new products
- Review and present various business MIS to support business growth
Salary offered : Minimum 10 LPA
