Relationship Manager/Vice President - Real Estate Finance - BFS

- Financial due diligence of Real estate proposals and develop financial/cashflow models to analyse opportunities to get the proposals approved

- Origination support to RM team to onboard new clients for the Bank and executing transactions in mezz/structured financing space

- Preparation of approval notes and strategy papers to present to Management Committee to provide sanction to the client

- Prepare MIS / Deal Tracker sheet/ Management update and Monitor of Real Estate portfolio

- Conduct research on property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis of broader work streams to cover the sector updates and provide regular updates to the Management

- Assist senior staff in the selection, evaluation and on-going monitoring of relationships and investments to track Early Warning Signals

- Adhering to Regulatory, legal and Internal policy requirements
