Salary Range: 7-10 LPA

Job Description:

1) To handle the complete customer life cycle management of allocated accounts on our products like Mobile, FL and 3G.

2) To ensure end to end service delivery for corporate; meeting their requirement as per defined TAT and SLA

3) To be the one point contact for coordinators at Corporate and ensure nil escalations

4) To execute new service initiatives like service camps, VAS Camps etc in order to significantly enhance the business performance.

5) To Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives to ensure brand recall and customer satisfaction and advocacy resulting to improved CSMM Score .

6) To help achieve the KPIs like churn, collection, complaint reduction SLA adherence etc .

Deliverables

1) To facilitate in achieving the KPIs like churn, collection, bad debt, complaint reduction SLA adherence

2) Ensure 100% service level adherence to business processes and achieve the C sat target.

3) Manage and up sell existing & new products/services to corporate through its life cycle management process

4) Track and monitor on corporate revenue performance of different products/services

5) Execute the customer engagement and service initiatives

6) Report timely on competition activities in allocated accounts
