Relationship Manager - TASC - Banking (5-6 yrs)
1. 5 to 6 years relevant experience
2. Candidates from Banking sector or FMCG will be preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be engaged in Selling Banking Products such as Current Account, Business Loan, Mutual Funds etc (Both retail assets and Liabilities products.
- Sourcing Business from branches, channel partners & open market.
- Dealing with HNI (High Net Worth Individuals) Clients.
- Managing DSA (Direct Sales Associates) & DST team (Direct Sales Team)
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
- Involvement in file processing with supporting team like Credit, legal, technical and operations.
- Resolving queries of the existing customers.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Working closely with Credit Managers and Operations department
