Relationship Manager - Supply Chain/Vendor Finance - Bank (6-10 yrs)
- Develop long term plan as well as Annual Operating Plan for the assigned accounts
- Achieve the Account level PnL including targets for key metrics such as Revenue, Expenses, SLAs and others.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across Corporate, Business, Finance and IT functions of assigned accounts.
- Act as a single point contact for the assigned accounts both internally and externally.
- Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications & tech architecture for the account.
- Handle complaints, escalations and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and drive the product strategy & vision for the account.
- Work closely with internal technology, product, operations and sales team to launch and improvise products.
- Manage product roadmap & prioritization keeping consumer experience, business metrics and other factors in mind.
- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Financing
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
