Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Roles and Responsibilities: Relationship Manager: To source business proposal for Supply Chain Finance in assigned geography New Business Development & Customer Relationship Management - Generate business leads in the assigned geography through multiple methods ; cold calling, client visits, seminar, trade fair visits, existing relationships, references, online through Linkedin, etc. within the empaneled Anchor eco-system. - To follow-up on leads and source proposals from identified business prospects in the market. - Understand customer finance requirements & accordingly advice & provide Customized solutions - Maintain the customer relations through timely servicing - Ensure greater share of business with the customer and references for new business leads Operations & Monitoring: - Coordinate for pre and post sanction process to ensure timely sanction of proposal, execution of legal documents and disbursement by liaising with credit, legal, compliance and operations team - Enable interaction of credit team with customer to aid proposal sanctioning. - Monitor regular client performance and report any significant development to superiors - Ensure timely collection of payments. - Monitor portfolio and submission of periodic reports to superiors - Ensure all compliances are maintained - Take adequate action to solve delinquent customers such as legal support, Market Information, Anchor information etc. Desired Skills and Experience: - MBA Finance/ CA - Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in B2B, supply chain finance lending across sectors i.e., structured finance products, mid-market corporate lending preferably with an NBFC. - Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems and at the same time be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organisation (CXO's to analysts), get work done by various people. - Ability to structure, discuss the deal contours with the relevant stakeholders ; internal and external, and execute the transactions to meet the client's complex financing requirements (end to end) within the purview of business and regulatory requirements. - Be personable and have a presence; and be able to hold conversations and negotiations. - Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills. - Make sense of the macros -economic analysis, sectoral drivers, what regulators do. - Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure - Think strategically ; convey as much in stakeholder conversations and also aid in thought leadership within the team - Ambitious and Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment We assure you: - An opportunity to play a formative role in an ambitious financial services marketplace spanning investment banking, debt capital markets, institutional finance, retail lending and asset management. - A journey that will challenge and reward you in a manner few others will.
