Role : Relationship Manager- Structured Finance

Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

- Client-Facing Deal Lead: End-to-end involvement in deals within the structured finance sector, including business and deal analysis, structuring, and negotiation of term sheets.

- Credit Process Ownership: Collaborating with credit teams to efficiently draft credit memos and guide deals through the credit approval process.

- Execution and Disbursement: Partnering with the service team to ensure smooth execution and disbursement of funds.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful closure of deals.
