RM / Sr RM - Mutual Fund - IFA - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire market, oversees all regional activities for IFA's.
- Formulate sales strategy and develops sales forecast, budget and manpower.
- Pursue major prospects and leads in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
- Drive all business segments by diligent deployment of targets across segments.
- Prospecting, selling & managing IFA's in the area.
- Empanel & Activate IFA's by providing timely support on product and skill training.
- Identification, Acquisition and development of new markets/ Business opportunity,
- Drive initiatives and campaign launched by Zonal/ HO.
- Regular monitoring & review of individual productivity of the team members.
- Ensure right- selling by all team members (if any) through regular training.
- Give feedback to the product team on market trends and competitor knowledge.
