Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Loan Against Securities - BFSI/NBFC (2-6 yrs)

We have 1 very urgent position in one of the reputed BFSI / NBFC brand :

POSITION : Relationship Manager - LAS [ Loan against securities ] / Sr. RM

LOCATION : Delhi

CTC : negotiable p.a. ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Purpose :

- Business Development and Profitability : To achieve the targeted loan book & NIM by selling CMG products in the assigned geography to HNI & Retail segments. The role requires business development through multi-sourcing channels; direct acquisition, national alliances, DSAs etc;

- Client Lifecycle Management : Ensure loan account regularization on ongoing basis in terms of security value, interest payment as well repayment of loan and keep NPA under control. Understand client needs and offer multiple client products.

Principal Accountabilities :

Supporting Actions :

- To deliver strong sales & budgeted NIM growth in the area

- To achieve the budgeted business volumes as well as Net Interest Margin (NIM) for self

- To constantly focus on fee generating service offerings to meet the projected fee income

- The product segment includes Loan against shares/MF Units to Brokers, HNIs, Retail clients; Loan against Insurance Policies, ESOP Financing, IPO financing and Special opportunity financing.

- To undertake new client acquisition, retention & growth

- To map the target HNI clients in the state and drive relationships with them to have a healthy pipeline & regular disbursements

- To develop DSAs & direct sales teams for faster customer connectivity

- To increase the client base by effective lead generation management, cross selling initiatives & brand differentiation through faster TAT (there is dedicated KRA with 10% weightage on Power of one)

- To maintain service standards and metrics of client satisfaction

- To stay abreast of the client requirements and monitor the relationship from initiation to closure

- To ensure that client promises are kept and their grievances are adequately addressed or highlighted

- To resolve issues related to client servicing in case of contingencies

- To keep abreast of the latest trends & competition, identify new customer satisfaction parameters & report to the management

- To ensure risk management, policy adherence & documentation

- To be aware of all critical policies, processes & documentation for all the products & ensure compliance

- To help the risk & review process by continually monitoring the client profile & the margin shortfall within predetermined time limit to ensure zero NPA

- To ensure high standards of portfolio management(Margin regularization, market intelligence &NPA management)

- The stock market volatility impacts the security value on continuous basis. Ensure proactive regularization of margin shortfalls each time.

- To keep up breast of the latest developments in the local market & report for any indication of customer defaults, trends etc.

- To maintain good quality lending book and manage stress /overdues (if any) by engaging actively & proactively with all stakeholders.

- To formulate MIS & present them to the management


- To send periodic reports to HO for lead closure ratios, sales volumes, profit & status of new product launches

- To contribute in own development and skill enhancement

- To ensure ongoing self-development - attend internal and external training programs, other relevant certifications that enhances the skills in the financial sales services.

REQUIREMENTS ( ANY of these from BFSI ) :

1. LAS Sales background. ( Current OR ex )

2. Broking - Margin Trade Funding / Equity Advisors / Dealer cum RM profiles

3. Wealth background ( Premier acquisition & Relationship Managers )

4. SME ( Business Banking )

5. High ticket Mortgage
