Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing new clients and servicing existing clients.
- Studying the client's existing portfolio and consulting the client in managing their risks.
- Complete understanding of product offerings.
- Responsible for preparing proposals for clients presentations and assisting the clients with roadshows.
- Interacting with all relevant risk insurance markets and sourcing the best solutions for our clients.
- Ensuring all the documentations and policy issuance is as per the SLA discussed.
- Ensuring all policy documents are in order and are reaching the clients within agreed timeframe.
- Renewal tracking and ensuring timely reminders are sent to the clients for premium payment to ensure insurance continuity.
- Providing continuous assistance to our clients with regard to any query related to claims.
- End to End monitoring and execution of responsibilities ie. On boarding to renewal of clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the insurance companies.
- Responsible for Booking and Invoicing of Business on Time.

Preferred candidate profile :
Prior Experience :
- 5-8 years of experience in insurance industry either with an insurer or broker.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
Education/ Qualification :
- MBA from a reputed B - School or Post Graduate with industry experience in Affinity or Insurance Sector.
