Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (3-8 yrs)
Hiring Relationship Manager - Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / Bengaluru
1. As a Relationship Manager, you would be responsible to source and manage channels from the market and acquire the Personal Loan business from them.
2. Managing DSA and building DSA network will be one of your major responsibilities.
3. The potential candidate is required to source business in line with the company policy and needs to ensure compliance.
4. The role requires you to maintain quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
5. The potential candidate would be responsible for the loan file from login till disbursement.
6. Build knowledge of Approved Product Process
7. Managing channel partners and DST
8. Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
9. Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
10. Display strong understanding of customer business
11. To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities
12. Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business
Experience : Minimum 3 years of personal loans exposure in an NBFC/Fintech company
Primary Skills : Acquiring more personal loan business and managing the DST (direct sales team).
Salary Offered : 8-16 LPA
