Role : Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Relationship Manager (RM) in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team will be responsible for originating and structuring debt financing solutions, particularly in Real Estate.

-The RM will develop analytical models, engage with clients (Promoters, CFOs, CXOs) to identify financing needs, and work on deal origination across primary and secondary markets.

- Key tasks include creating financing pitches, preparing internal and external documentation, managing due diligence, and ensuring deal closure.

- The role requires collaboration with internal teams, investors, and external agencies while working independently and as part of a larger team.
