Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance/NBFC

JOB PURPOSE

To achieve the approved asset management plan on existing portfolio within the defined framework and processes. To ensure implementation of consistent exposure reduction plan.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Providing and implementing of asset management strategy.

- Detailed project/ account level analysis of receivables, cost budget and overall account conduct.

- Maintain and build relationship with Borrower group

- Management of covenants and fulfillment of internal compliance requirement.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Knowledge of financial workings.

- Knowledge of MS Excel & PPT

- Soft skills with ability to push the borrower for desirable outcome

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION - MBA

RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 6-8 Years
