Looking for Relationship Manager (Back end role) for a leading NBFC.

1) Will be responsible for looking after back end process.

2) Responsible for preparing credit Approvals Memos.

3) Responsible for preparing balance sheet and proposals.

4) Preparation of clients pitches and documents /Brochures for submission.

5) A candidates must from NBFC Company.

6) A candidates will be responsible for large portfolio and large corporate.

7) Preparation of credit proposal and financial model of corporate clients Closely working with credit team to ensure quality lending decisions

8) Financial Analysis and Project Appraisal for Debt Structuring

9) Preparing Credit Note, Term Sheet and Executing Loan documentation .

10) Due diligence, preparation of financial model, term sheet negotiation, structuring

11) Determination of the key metrics viz. DSCR and I RR for establishing financial viability
