Job Summary:

As a Private Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) with personalized financial planning and investment advice. You will help clients grow, manage, and preserve their wealth by understanding their unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term aspirations. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of investment products and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

-Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' financial objectives, needs, and risk profiles.

-Provide personalized wealth management solutions to address clients' financial goals, including investments, estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement planning.

-Regularly meet with clients to review portfolio performance and financial plans, making necessary adjustments.

Investment Strategy Development:

Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for clients based on their specific goals and risk tolerance.

Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and economic factors to advise clients on potential investments.

Maintain a deep knowledge of a wide range of financial products, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, real estate, and structured products.

Financial Planning and Advisory:

- Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including asset allocation, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.

- Work closely with other professionals, such as tax advisors, attorneys, and accountants, to ensure an integrated approach to wealth management.

- Monitor client portfolios regularly and suggest adjustments to align with changes in market conditions or client objectives.

New Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.

- Build a strong client base by offering value-added services and differentiated wealth management solutions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all client transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and firm standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and economic developments.

Monitor client portfolios for risk exposure and recommend actions to mitigate potential risks.

Key Requirements:
