Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Lead Trade Marketing and Data Analytics Services for the organization including P/L responsibility of DAM platform - Creation of products for the organization for BTL/Trade marketing activations and Data Analytics Services for Pharma/OTC/similar principals - Lead engagement with Clients from pitch to execution including pricing - Finalising Product designs basis Client brief and Internal Central Analytics and Unit teams - Drive commercial negotiations and contract closures with clients - Create partnerships with Marketing companies, Media agencies, Modern trade to create a comprehensive solution for the client - Drive end to end execution across all locations within the organization and work as Key Account Manager for Client - Performance management and governance process of TM initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (partners and client) - Design customized solutions and build capability with internal teams on deliverable Desired Skills: - Analytical mindset - Strong Communication skills - Business acumen - People management
