Job Description: Relationship Manager - NRI
- As a Relationship Manager specializing in Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, your primary role is to acquire and manage key clients and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) within the NRI segment.
- You will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of NRI customers, including investments, insurance, and basic banking services.
- Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and acquire key clients and HNIs within the NRI segment.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of NRI customers.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain high-value NRI clients.
Financial Advisory:
- Provide comprehensive financial advice to NRI clients on investment opportunities, insurance products, and banking services.
- Customize financial solutions based on individual client requirements and risk profiles.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate sector and NRI clients.
- Understand client goals, anticipate needs, and proactively offer solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Achievement of Targets:
- Meet acquisition and revenue targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Strive to exceed targets by identifying growth opportunities and maximizing client engagement.
Product Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in NRI-specific financial products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations within the NRI banking and investment landscape.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards.
- Focus on delivering customer delight through proactive engagement and personalized attention.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing NRI clients and High Net Worth Individuals.
- In-depth knowledge of NRI banking products, investment options, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to analyze financial data, assess client needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for client engagement and relationship management.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, banking, or related fields are preferred.
