Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition & Inactive Client Activation:
- Proactively acquire new clients through targeted strategies and outreach.
- Revive inactive client portfolios to generate new business opportunities.
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion:
- Convert leads provided by the Corporate Acquisition Team into active clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
Client Management & AUM Growth:
- Manage existing client relationships to enhance and build their AUM.
- Provide personalized service and support to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Client & Distribution Servicing:
- Actively support clients in their transactions and ensure smooth processing for both new and existing clients.
- Deliver high-quality service to meet client needs and expectations.
Long-Term Relationship Development:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key distributors and potential partners to drive repeat business and market expansion.
Market Share Expansion:
Expand market share by targeting new clients and enhancing services to existing ones.
Ensure effective servicing to maintain and grow our market presence.
Up-Selling & Cross-Selling:
- Identify and execute opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across various asset classes to corporate clients and their promoters.
Cross-Sell Initiatives:
- Implement strategic cross-sell initiatives to increase product uptake and enhance client portfolios.
Online Account Activation for Corporates:
- Facilitate the setup and activation of online accounts for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless process.
Networking & Market Intelligence:
Engage in active networking with clients, competitors, and distributors to gather market insights and stay informed of industry trends.
- Product Information Dissemination:
Provide timely and accurate product information to distributors to support their sales efforts and client interactions.
Market Share Management:
- Monitor and manage market share across clients and distributors, aligning with organizational goals and requirements.
Compliance Adherence:
- Ensure all activities adhere to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
Joint Investor Meetings:
- Participate in joint meetings with distributors to address investor needs and provide tailored solutions as required.
Data Management & Review:
- Maintain and regularly review data related to market share and client interactions to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
Coordination with Operations:
- Work closely with the Operations team to follow up on pending documents and ensure timely processing of paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e. , CFA, CFP) are advantageous.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and AUM growth within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, asset management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools
