Position : Relationship Manager - Mid Market segment ( 500cr + turnover )

Reporting to : Zonal Head

CTC : 13lac to 20lac approx, negotiable ; depending upon current drawn CTC, experience etc. and other parameters ; negotiable in final HR round.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Should be currently handling organisations which have a turnover of 500 + Crores.

- To achieve sales and penetration targets by executing transactions for debt instruments such as term loans, working capital loans, NCDs, RDs and CPs in order to strengthen book-size and book quality. To maintain a relationship with target accounts for renewal business and maintaining portfolio quality.

Accountabilities

- Achievement of Business Targets:

- To source the business for company as per company's business policies to achieve the targeted disbursement and book-size

- Execution of Credit Due Diligence and Credit Note:

- To assess the do-ability of the proposal by doing the credit due diligence and promoter background check

- To prepare the detailed credit note for the transaction and present the proposal to the sanctioning authorities to obtain the sanction

- Demonstration of Operational Effectiveness:

- To execute the transaction by liaising with other functional groups to obtain concurrence for disbursal of funds

- To ensure timely collections to bring down debtors and credit losses

- To ensure resolution of post disbursement documents such as charge creation, collection of TDS certificates etc.

Management of Debtors level:

- To monitor the dues of the clients so as to reduce the debtors- levels as well as to maintain proper and timely MIS for the same.

EXPERIENCE :

- Should be currently handling organisations which have a turnover of 500 + Crores.

Educational Qualifications and Skills :

- MBA/CA with 2-9 years of experience in banking/NBFC sector.

- Acumen to understand financial markets & banking products.

- Understanding of financial statements.

- Ability to write/present proposals in accurate & crisp form.

- Experience in Excel and banking softwares.
