Relationship Manager - Mid & Large Corporates - Wholesale Banking (4-10 yrs)
Position is with one of the Leading Bank of India.
Position - Relationship Manager-Wholesale Banking for Mid & Large Corporates, separate position for RM-MNC clients.
There are multiple positions at AVP/Associate Director and Chief Manager level.
Working experience with Indian Bank is preferred.
Location- New Delhi
Key Responsibilities -
- New client acquisition for Mid & Large corporate - working capital / Term loans / and other lending products
- Responsible for setting up the business in respective region & driving business targets, ensuring high quality portfolio and customer relationship
- Responsible for profitability in the region
- Prepare Credit note and Coordinating with credit team and other related departments
- Achieve Mid & Large corporate targets for the region
- Strategize & Implement new processes for managing better customer relationships
- Management of complete audit and compliance of the portfolio
- Ensure better utilization of funds
- Maintaining end to end relationship with client, i.e. from sourcing to disbursement, servicing, renewal and enhancement with proper compliance.
- Analyze trends in portfolio quality and operational compliance and take corrective action
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest possible product modifications / improvements
