Criticality of the role to the business :
- The role would require a deep understanding of Mid Corporate Business and its products.
- Role would involve supporting the sales and product team in the actual execution of the business, negotiations, relationship management etc.
- Mid-corporate business is one of the key constituents of the Commercial Finance division and its highly dependent on customer relationship management. This role is designed to cater to this key aspect of Mid Corporate Business.
- Function / Domain Business support and Relationship Management
Major Deliverables:- Meet customers regularly and enhance their relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and product team to meet customer expectations on service delivery.
- Proactively think and suggest a solution to improve customer relationships and increase business.
- Help sales team in preparation of Credit Appraisals, Deferral completion and other sales responsibilities.
