Relationship Manager - Medical Equipment Loans (3-15 yrs)
Job Breif:
Candidates Should have 3-15 years of experience in Equipment Lending or SME or any financial product more as a direct sales, preferably in healthcare and/or machinery & tools.
Job Description :
- Should have worked in the same or similar product or can be from Healthcare Equipment background. We can look at even a pharma background.
- Should know the customers and the vendors/oems of the area which he is covering and have a good relationship with them
- Should be aware of the competitors, their strengths and weaknesses and ability/vision to create a niche for PFL.
Knowledge Base :
- Should know the product and its multiple offerings.
- Should have basic knowledge of reading financials- Should know the various segments of healthcare ( e.g. Radiology, pathology, ophthalmology) their products and business nuances
- Should have knowledge of the area in terms of customer behavior, competition offerings, medical hubs and coverage.
Personal Traits:
- Should be an individual contributor.
- Should work with passion, integrity and compliance. Integrity and patience are must
- Should be relationship oriented and have a good relationship with the customers and vendors/oems of the area
- Should have inclination towards digital technology and process. Should be willing to use it effectively.
- Should be willing to travel extensively to cover the area.
