Relationship Management:
- To grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad-based relationships with existing client base.
- Handle activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs and provide a need-based solution to clients like Payments & Cash Management, Trade Services, Treasury, Investment Banking & Retail Services.
NTB Acquisition:
- Aggressive sales background with In-depth Knowledge of Ecom/IT - ITES & start up Ecosystem for deep penetration & NTB Acquisition.
- To acquire New to Bank clients primarily from Ecom / IT-ITES & Start up Industry.
Revenue Generation:
- Achieve Banks objective of generating revenue from existing Portfolio and also thru NTB Acquisition as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationship.
CASA Focus:
- A good understanding of Liabilities product and its workability.
- Candidate must possess knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamental to achieve CASA growth.
