Relationship Manager Lead - BFSI

- Responsible for initiating, nurturing and final tie up with Insurance Companies (Life, General and Health) for onboardng on PayBima.com

- Closure and due adherence of Agreements / Contracts with the Insurance partners

- Manage end to end relationship with Insurance Partners for Payments, Claims settlements, MIS, etc

- Deepen relationship to ensure that the company continually innovates on introducing new and best in class products to customers

- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as UX, Sales, UW, product, Ops, Compliance,etc

- Leverage data analytics to cross-sell, up-sell or bundle products across customer life cycle including insurance products

- Ensure that Processes are in line with the regulatory framework

- Create simple, effective and innovative training modules to train the sales force

- Liaise closely with the Insurance partners to ensure Training support for the sales force

- Set up operational processes with the Insurance partners and in conjunction with the various business users to ensure seamless delivery of the products

- Set up systems to support these processes
