It also runs a turn-key project where it advises on set up of structure to taxation applicability to the setup of counter parties in India. The consulting business also has ability to take over the back-office of such asset managers and can manage daily operations of the funds. The company is also a registered Derivative Clearing Member with NSE and clears trades for more than 20 clients onshore & offshore. The firm has placed upwards of INR 150 cr with the exchange. Job Description Job entails closely working with the Sales team for business support, service & development. It requires working on various datasets to analyze the clients for various business lines and to manage and grow existing business & client relationships. Reports To: Head Sales (Middle East & US) Location: Mumbai Responsibilities and Duties: - Understand and grasp policies incidental to the business across geographies. - Understanding of FPI, AIF and FDI regulations. - Mining and identifying investors / clients globally for fund business and consulting. - Understanding and Handling existing relationships. - Ability to analyze and research information. - Coordinating across service providers on day to day basis. Qualifications: - Must have a minimum work experience of 3 years in Custody Services/AMC/Wealth Management Postgraduate in Finance / CA preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Should have an affable personality, especially while liaising with counter parties
