Relationship Manager - Institutional Lending - Mortgage - NBFC

We are hiring for a leading NBFC in Delhi / NCR. Job details are given below:

- Create and manage relationship at each Regions to develop new relationships and manage key account relationship directly with key stake holders in the respective institutions viz. Banks / NBFCs / IPCs / PEs etc.

- The product portfolio includes sourcing of Vanilla and Structured Loans secured against property / real estate asset.

- Customer Acquisition, Client Relationship Building, Institutional Relationship building, Proposal assessment, Structuring of proposals along with managing Profitability and portfolio is key to the role.

- To provide Relationship and acquire customers for the development of Mortgages CRE business

- Structuring of deal to meet the internal risk parameters and Customer requirement

- To drive the development of superior customer value propositions and portfolio-To emphasize strict compliance with adherence to Risk compliance and legal norms
